Competitions involve the simulation of an incident where casualties require treatment. Competitors are then marked on their proficiency in administering the appropriate care. Competitions allow all members to show there skills in areas such as First Aid, Caring for the Sick, C.P.R., and Emergency Medical First Response.

Our Division has a proud competition history and been very successful in the past at local, national and international level.

In March 2010 Foxrock Cadets won the Senior Ambulance and Nursing Cadet Cups, the Junior Ambulance Cadet Cup, the Senior Nursing Cadet Individual Cup and the Junior Ambulance Cadet Individual Cup. This is an amazing sweep of competition wins and builds on Foxrock's long standing reputation as one of the most successful competition divisions in the country!

Welcome to the Cadet section of our website. St. John cadets are the youth structure of St. John Ambulance and consist of boys and girls aged 11-17 years.
